As the name of our website implies, we help people get uncontested divorces. This means that we do not take on contested cases where there is a dispute or fight over children, money or other matters. The reason is that we aim to do everything for a flat rate and provide services that are fast and efficient, without you or us having to go to court; unfortunately we can’t do that if you or your ex-spouse are fighting over issues.

We provide services for a flat fee, which will be disclosed and agreed in advance during our initial consultation. We do not disclose our rates online because every case is a bit different, and the rates will vary depending on how complex or simple your uncontested divorce is. Not all uncontested divorces are the same. However, we will never surprise you with unexpected fees or costs. We will agree in advance on the total cost before going ahead.
